Master Plan Committee (New)

The focus of this committee will be to create idea’s to make future improvements for the enhancement of the Shadows park, lakes and common grounds.

Architectural Control / Enforcement

The focus of the Architectural Control Committee is to review construction plans and any alteration or improvement that homeowners are requesting. Determine if they meet the requirements of the restrictions, and are architecturally and aesthetically compatible with the development.

The focus of the Enforcement Committee will be to investigate complaints of possible restriction violations. Meet with committee members and present it’s finding to the board of directors to determine if further action is warranted. The goal of this committee is to enforce the restrictions set forth.
